Return & Cancellation Policy
At Caldwell Aspen, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you may return your order in accordance with the policy below.
Returns
- Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
How to Make a Return
- Contact us at support@caldwellaspen-us.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Our customer care team will provide you with the return instructions.
- Carefully package your item and send it to the return address provided. We recommend keeping your tracking information until your return has been completed.
- Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Cancellations
We begin processing orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.
If you no longer wish to keep your order, you may return eligible items after receiving them by following the return process above.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at support@caldwellaspen-us.com. Our team will assist you and, where applicable, cover the return shipping costs.
Important
- Returned items must meet the return conditions stated above.
- Returns made because of a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other customer preference are subject to return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges, if applicable, are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
